Would like to invite any Ultimate players & Friends, Family, Co-workers, other non-players, to some Coached Ultimate sessions + Games. We're going to have 2 coaches leading sessions for Beginners & Experienced players followed by Floodlit games & refreshments in the Bar! *When:* Starting Wednesday 11th July, then every Wednesday until September. *Where:* Floodlit grass pitches @ St Albans Rugby Club, Oaklands Lane, AL4 0HR *What:* Coached sessions from 7:30 - 9pm + Floodlit Games until 10pm + Bar + Hot showers *Cost:* 1st Session is *FREE*, £2 after that + a FREE disc for new players if you come to 5 sessions! *Things you'll need:* Football boots, water bottle, lots of spirit!
