Technically, yes, turn 33 this year. 30 for women.

However, if you're close to having a team, UKU are likely to be lenient
on a few players to make this happen.
And in particular, anyone who will be eligible to play at XEUCF next
year would definitely be allowed to play at Nationals this year. WFDF
state that the rules will be updated for 2014 worlds, so we anticipate
that 33 will still be the requirement for next year; if you turn 32 this
year you will be fine.

The masters division will currently not run - only 2 teams have entered.
Whilst we knew it wasn't certain we'd get a viable masters division, we'd
definitely like to try and run it - not least because there is a qualifying
spot for Europeans if we can run a tournament.
The absolute final extended deadline for registering is Friday - if we
don't have 4 teams by then we'll have to wait until next year before
getting masters off the ground. Phone around, see if you can raise a team.
