The more people that complete the form and give us honest feedback, the better the indication of what needs to change will be. Last year less than 10% of players provided any feedback, which only allows us to change the tournament to what a small number of people want. All entries with a valid e-mail address, received on or before Sunday 30th September, will be entered into a free prize draw to win a UKU Nationals merchandise pack.
