Hi BD, Just a quick email to spread the word about the salopian skimmers frisbee team which are based in shropshire. We are a fun friendly group of people who have been together for a few years. abilities range from beginners to experienced level and we are looking for any local people of any age sex and ability to come and join us for some throwing running catching etc. Currently we are running two indoor training sessions on a Wednesday at half 6 til 8 and Saturday from 5 til 7. both at Adams' grammar school in Newport.
