This Saturday is the first Devon Ultimate training session of the season and is the only one of this year to be happening down in Plymouth. Start time is 10am and the session will run till 4pm. The weather down this way has been very varied so be prepared. You will need: 1 x light top, 1x dark top, WARM WATER PROF CLOTHES, a disc, drinks, lunch, a bin bag to cover your stuff while your training. MORE WARM CLOTHES!!!! If anyone fancies it there will be some festivities in the evening that all are welcome to.
