Hi BD, Entry is now open for Western University Open Outdoor Regionals, hosted by Cardiff No Frills on the weekend of 9th/10th March. It will be held at the usual venue, Llanrumney Sports Fields, CF3 4JN. To enter, please email Arron Stansbury ([email protected]) with the following details: - Team name - Number of teams - Contact email - Contact number - Whether you need accommodation on the Friday/Saturday night Team fee will be £120 per team (plus £5 per person if accommodation is needed but this will be collected on the day), and entry will only be confirmed once payment is received. Preferably, please send cheques (made payable to University Union Cardiff) to Annie Ritson, 8 Llanishen Street, Gabalfa, Cardiff, CF14 3QE with your team name on the back. If you need to transfer the fee please get in touch and we will send you banking details. To make sure we confirm the required number of pitches and accommodation space, deadline for entry and payments will be 28th of Feb, as we have to confirm the number of pitches 10 days before the event. We will do our best to fit as many people into houses as possible but unfortunately some teams will have to be in a church hall. We will let you know in advance what accommodation has been allocated to which teams. Details about Saturday night social will also be sent to team contacts once entry is confirmed.
