Once received we’ll e-mail the bank details back to you for transfer. Entry cost is £195 per team including all games for weekend, free camping on Friday and Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Closing date for entries is Saturday 4th May or when the capacity is full (max 48 teams at present) Here’s a bit more info: Venue: Bishops Cleeve Football Club Kayte Lane Bishops Cleeve Cheltenham GL52 3PD We’ll be around from Friday evening setting the club house up and then ready to go first thing on Saturday morning. The event will run all day on Saturday which we hope to include a show game around 5pm -ish where there will be the offer of the outstanding curry for a mere £3! Please advise your numbers for this prior to the event so that we can confirm with the venue. This will be paid for by you on the day, but it would be good to at least get an idea of numbers so we don't over/under cater. The final should be completed by around 5 on Sunday so hopefully you'll all be home in time for some well earned food and rest. There will be a party on Saturday night where we are hoping to repeat the success of 'Hogan's Roadshow' last year where there was some very interesting team karaoke performances, so it should be good. We need to ask though that you don't bring your own food and drink into the club house. Prices there are very reasonable and in previous years it's been rather embarrassing having to tell the minority to respect the club and consume your own stuff in your tents or offsite.
