In response to a couple of queries, and in order to forestall some
others (and just to generally remind people of the rules):
In the UKU Competition rules, you'll see that it is not acceptable to
help a team qualify from regionals and then jump ship to another
division. If you play for a team at Regionals, and that team goes on to
Nationals, you can only play for them. You're locked in.
Clearly it wouldn't be fair if (for example) Bear Cav qualified an open
team, depriving someone else of the slot, and then sent their second
team to Open Nationals and their top guys to Mixed.
You can only switch teams after regionals if your team does not go to
Nationals. No exceptions.
