I waited to give one of the other list members a chance to answer this
question. The original version of "Lola" did contain the word
"Coca-Cola". The BBC deemed this "advertising" and refused to play the
song. The vocal was re-recorded, substituting the phrase "cherry cola".
I don't really know which version is more common; I have heard them
both.
