I hope this doesn't get me into trouble in this group, and what I am about to
share here is not meant as a slight to anyone here, but..................

Not only did my wife see the Beatles at Dodger Stadium August 26 or the 29,
1966.
But when I bought tickets two years ago to see "Ringo Star" we all refused
to attend because of the use of attack dogs amongst the crowd, and Gestapo
style police allowed and endorsed by "Ringo". The climate felt like South
Africa during the Apartite (sp?) regime. Needless to say not one of us will be
buying any more tickets to see any member of "The Beatles" again..

That said, I have hired many other bands from "England's Shores" to do shows
for us and I will continue to do so. Take "The Moody Blues or Donovan" for
instance? I have hired the Moody's twice in my short career (BTW, I'm Irish
and I do stretch the truth a little, but I never lie). and I am trying to hire
Donovan again as well.
   Tommy.
P.S.
  Here's a hint for you as to whom I am, Ti's I whom put the L.A. Love-In's
together and my signature is on each and every one of the "Griffith Park
Permits".. I have been asked to whip up some elven magic again by the Park
Rangers. Minus the Beatlesof course.
