Tom,

You're having problems with the Windows installer for BRL-CAD?  Is that with 
the run-time library installer or the full-distribution?  We should look into 
it if it's the full-distribution because I wasn't exactly thinking we'd stop 
using NSIS any time soon given how great it's been working out on the whole.  
If it's not working, it's a bug / failure on our part.

Wouldn't be opposed to CPack as it merely generates NSIS files for Windows, 
just more interested in what the problems are.
