Dave recently brought it to my attention that the brlcad-commits
mailing list has been getting spammed. This came to my complete
surprise as I've actually not seen any spam messages. A review of
the archives showed, though, that there has indeed been spam at the
rate about about one every other day for quite a while.

Something is obviously filtering the spam before it gets to my
inbox. I actually don't know (yet) what is filtering or if it's
happening for others as well, but I made a configuration change to
the commits list that should help. If you do get a spam message on
any of the lists, please forward the spam to me so I can look into
how it got through.

The commits list is special as users only post indirectly during
commit and all messages then come from a users.sourceforge.net
address instead of the subscribed address. I really don't want to go
to a manually-maintained whitelist system, so hopefully the new block
that was put in place will keep things clean.

Cheers!
Sean
