Sinclair, We investigated this issue a few days ago and it turns out there's a bug in GCC. More specifically, it's a bug in the STL headers that gcc provides. We've applied a work-around fix that will be in a future release, but the problem should be reported upstream to the gcc folks (please feel free to do so).
The fix is pretty simple to apply directly yourself. The fix should proceed if you edit src/other/openNURBS/opennurbs_system.h and add the following line around line 197: #include <stddef.h> Cheers!
