I know that I would definitely find this useful.

I'm not sure whether this is not part of STEP or a limitation of the
software that I'm using to convert from, but sometimes a customer will
send a model where it's not completely clear what a feature is supposed
to be exactly - for instance a reamed hole vs. a drilled hole.

So, tolerances attached to the model would be handy.
