While I undoubtedly may miss one from time to time, I make sure to remove them along with any other message content not relevant to a reply. Agree on the later, but there are many issues that would have to be taken into consideration beyond just ad annoyance. Several features would be a time-consuming distraction to self-manage or establish elsewhere. It'd have to be a pretty big win, and I'm not aware of a better alternative that doesn't require uplifting the entire project site. Cheers!
