Tom - I have added html, man, pdf, and doc build targets that will trigger
the DocBook builds for the respective output types, depending on what types
are enabled by the CMake options (doc will build all output types that are
enabled.) The following for build targets should be working as of r49576:
make -j3 html
make -j3 man
make -j3 pdf
make -j3 doc
