What would be necessary is to group points and areas by object and depth information from the ray-trace and use these as inputs to a potrace algorithm." Yes, normally, potrace only need a bipmap. My idea was to execute potrace on an "improved" bipmap, wich will contain more information as the depth and the pixel/object links.
