Actually problem is that I have a proxy server. And its not connecting with
this proxy server though I tried with export http_proxy(ftp_proxy,
https_proxy) in terminal. It didn't work.
Next I tried editing ~/.subversion/servers file
http-proxy-host=http://proxy_server
http-proxy-port=port
http-proxy-username=username
http-proxy-password=port
And its working fine
