Matt, I don't have the references handy any longer, but my recollection is that 
the OpenCASCADE license entails a few additional requirements for 
redistribution.  GNU licensing (both GPL and LGPL) expressly prohibit 
additional/new requirements making them effectively incompatible within a 
collective work.
