Google charts have been improved and the terms of service are no way 
violated by our use cases and 
this(http://code.google.com/p/google-chartwrapper/) wrapper of Google 
Charts API is again 3-clause BSD licenced and thus thought I could 
continue to use and build upon it.

True. But our application would not be so intensive as to bother about 
the limits that have been mentioned on that page.
