I wanted to let you know about what I have accomplished since the GSoC
midterm review passed:
* Reorganized the internal data structures for different types of objects.
* Implemented *put_me_in_a_bucket* routine that adds the object into a data
structure and the graph depending on its type.
* Created the *graph* command and two C commands: *graph_objects_positions*
and *graph_structure* that are used when the *graph* command is ran.
-- The *graph* command pops up a new window and displays the graph
corresponding to an opened geometry.
-- The *graph_objects_positions* returns the objects's names, types,
positions within the graph and the coordinates of the points via which pass
the connections between nodes.
* Wrapped up the commands invalidity issue whenever the Adaptagrams library
isn't available.
* Implemented the *decorate_object* routine that helps in distinguishing
objects depending on their type and assigning them a certain color.
* Worked on the graph's layout. Repositioned the nodes on different levels,
created connections between them, gave them names. A few routines were
added here.
