For those new to this, mentors just need a willingness to commit around 5 hours a week to track progress, review work, and motivate. Ideally an hour or so a day is all it takes and if you're reading this e-mail, then you're probably qualified to be a mentor. (There's no age restriction, skill requirement, or compensation -- you participate because it's fun!) If you have commit access or can engaged in discussions, you are definitely eligible.
