Note that svn relocate is only in newer versions. This all-one-liner switched
my checkout successfully on an older svn 1.6.17:
svn switch --relocate
https://brlcad.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/brlcad/brlcad/trunk
"svn+ssh://[email protected]/p/brlcad/code/brlcad/trunk"
