This project would center on the stepcode libraries in the github project -
we rely on those for our converter. The code needs clean-up and
modernization. Remember you need to have specific things identified that
need to be done when putting in such a proposal - "study stepcode and fix
whatever needs fixing" isn't going to be enough.
