With the conversion of ntohd -> bu_ntohd -> bu_cv_ntohd, I'm thinking this API no longer warrants a separate manual page. It can be part of the doxygen API documentation. It made sense when it was supposedly a mimic of the other standard [nh]to[nh][ls] functions, until it was noticed that we don't actually match. We should implement a ntoh[fd] and hton[fd] interface that does match, make it a stand-alone module, then consider restoring this header. Cheers!
