I think I have it in shape enough for criticism, but I'm still working on it.
I have to hit the road but a brief look at he two progs dsp_add2 and dsp_add_t seems to show they have identical arg handling. dsp_add2 is a C file and dsp_add_t is C++. Both mimic the original dsp_add ( a C prog) except for not using redirect for output.
