The repo should handle the "new" method since 1.5. The fact that Sourceforge is running 1.7 doesn't mean our repo has been upgraded. Have you actually ever executed: # svnadmin upgrade REPOS_PATH It doesn't happen automatically unless Sourceforge does it (which I doubt). It may require taking the repo offline for a bit but I'm not sure.
