Delayed reply, but we already have Jenkins running on brlcad.org from the ports 
system (so it's trivial to update and manage).  It's got a minimal workspace 
set up to explore the features, running since GCI.  There's no harm in wiping 
out most of what is there to start with a clean slate.  Accessible here:  
http://brlcad.org:8180/jenkins [1]

I'm looking into how to reset the passwords so the configuration can be 
changed.  I haven't logged in there for months myself.
