Tom, I added an additional option in r58846 that lets you turn such
items on and off in the summary - if we want to have them
automatically appear when one or more of them is enabled that's
doable, but if the BRLCAD_SUMMARIZE_DEV_SETTINGS variable for you
works it's simpler.  You could add it to your BRL-CAD_CONFIG.GLOBAL
file if you don't want to have to keep explicitly enabling it.
