Originally I was thinking of something simple involving travis-ci.org--
probably a custom base box with a specific version of brlcad installed,
update the base box whenever a new version of brlcad should be tested
against python-brlcad. I don't think that simultaneously testing a large
range of brlcad versions is necessary at this point. This design has the
advantage of various hooks into github.com, so that each pull request can
trigger the continuous integration tests.
