hi devs.

While implementing python wrapping for superell, I found that mk_superell
is not available.

This prompted me to search for how they are created using mged and it turns
out that .

superell_in is used to create superell which is in src/libged/typein.c and
on looking further it just creates a rt_superell_internal and assigns
values.

But I wonder how we can the impersonate mk_superell? should i create a
mk_superell function similar to other mk_xxx()

Please suggest me a methodology,
