Yes Sean i have tested the patch a couple of times and it work fine.
My only doubt was with my implementation because the user still has ability
to specify the objects and i don't know if you wanted me to override the
option.For example the user could either enter
g-stl -o myfile.stl myfile.g object1 object2
or
g-stl -o myfile.stl myfile.g
both commands still work fine with the patch.
