In the above example there are 5 digits before decimal. There may be
some properties like density of water = 999.8675 Kg/m^3 which might be
required to be correct to 4th decimal place. So IMO we should have 10
significant digits( 6digits before decimal and 4 after ) to avoid any
discrepancy in future-requirements.
