Apologies for the delay in work, my midterm exams are going on.
I have almost completed the work you assigned me. I have made a WordPress
plugin which parses the XML file and gets the content as a WordPress post.
And in the home page the default language is english but I have used a
dropdown for selecting any other language which is stored in database by
admin upon parsing the XML file.

Instructions for using this plugin:
The username is "root" and password is "sofat".
1. Login in wordpress (
http://202.164.53.122/~hitesh/wordpress/wp-login.php )
2. Click on XML parser tab
3. Enter the name of language
4. Upload the XML file acc. to language.
5. Click on Upload.
6. Now XML file will be parsed and the content of the XML file will be
visible as a post. You may see it by clicking on "Posts".
7. If you wish to format / edit the layout of the content then click on
the post you wish to edit.
8. And finally you may update.
9. Now go to home page and see the new language in the dropdown. Select
your language and click on convert and it will show the content in the
language you wish to see.
