I’ve created a shared calendar and added everyone to it. Lets try to use this
to coordinate activity:

Please add your name to the schedule and denote which times of day you will be
actively reviewing. Fill out as much as you know and are willing to commit to
in advance.
I’ve added my schedule to get things going. As admin, I have to make sure we
never lapse our requirement to respond within 36 hours, so I do have to check
the pending reviews every day. I usually check twice, but for the purposes of
a schedule, I’m only committing to once. This is around 10PM my local time, so
you can make sure you’re looking at the calendar with the right time zone for
you when you add your time.
We’re ideally aiming for two people covering every 12 hours. not counting my
daily check. Please please mark only the times you’re willing to commit to
with certainty and don’t just mark when you’re available. Mark when you intend
to go to the dashboard and will be responding. Try to get your times added
before Monday so I know who where we have gaps.

p.s. You’re also welcome to put what times you *actually* work in addition to
what times you were scheduled, which might help give insight into just how much
effort mentoring requires.
