Those are not projects, they are just ideas — skeletons of something that could 
be turned into a project.  Keep that in mind as YOU create the project 
proposal, defining what you want to do and how you plan to do it.  We’ll tell 
you if that’s an area that would be beneficial, seems feasible, well 
researched, a direction we want you to go in, etc.
