It does? rtwizard renders images of geometry. It doesn’t upload anything.

I think maybe you’re asking if it’s possible for rtwizard to read geometry from
an SQL database? The answer would be no, but it is something that has been
considered before. There are massive performance and resource (disk/memory)
implications that would have to be explored in depth.

Certainly worth of a GSoC proposal if you get the terminology right… ;)
“upload” is not the right term here, “images” probably isn’t right either.
