Hi all!

I joined to this mailing list because I am a CAD user and I like FOSS, I would
like to contribute to BRL-CAD by participating to GSoC 2015.

>From the ideas list I liked more Benchmark Performance Database and Material
Database, I like web development but I usually don't have much time to expand
my knowledge, and this would be a very good occasion for me to both contribute
to the community, learn more interesting stuff, know better BRL-CAD community,
and have the possibility to do this gorgeous stuff full time this summer :)

I have recently completed Aerospace Engineering and I am student of Electronic
Engineering right now, as hobby I have done web development and design, so I
know HTML, CSS, JavaScript and various web development technology such as
JQuery and AJAX, while I have basic knowledge of SQL, Python and PHP.

I would know if those ideas would be very integrated in BRL-CAD wiki or the
plan is to keep them as stand alone websites?

I am very motivated to do this project and I would definitely learn a lot of
things, moreover i would like to continue to cooperate with BRL-CAD community
also after the GSoC ends :)

Thanks for this possibility!
Cheers!
