Hi Robert, The title of the task idea links to a page with more details about what is required, but note that the OGV has been worked on twice before. So any new proposal should be a continuation project. See these resources: http://brlcad.org/wiki/OGV http://brlcad.org/wiki/Online_Geometry http://brlcad.org/wiki/User:Inderpreet/GSoC14/logs http://brlcad.org/wiki/User:Harman052/GSoc2013/Logs https://github.com/BRL-CAD/OGV-meteor https://github.com/BRL-CAD/geometry_viewer That said, I also suggested a new web application a few days ago that I’ve not heard anyone is working on yet. We need a web interface that lets us test ranges of repository commits, based on some custom shell script. For example, we might write a script that evaluates polygonal export conversion, and we want to test a range of commits to see how we’ve improved (or gotten worse) over time. Even better if we can graph the result in some automagic fashion. The backend will need to keep track of which versions compile and which do not, ideally with some way to stash compilation patches for commits ranges in order to further test. Takers? Cheers!
