I have experimented with each and every file. Whatever I do in cfs_uplaoder i.e modifying the err.reason, the notification is shown in the console but not on the client side. Nothing is getting affected after uploading the model it immediately navigates to the description page. I have asked also on meteor forums but even they couldn't find any mistake in the code of error part. This is updated gist [0] where I have made the changes. I'm unable to figure out where the problem lies. @Inderpreet I just want to know that what is uploader .js / .html files meant for? What is their purpose?
