Hi Sean,

We had two choices (Option) to move ahead
1 . PHP CI (MVC)
2. Node.js

Both the system has its own pros and cons ( sometimes node.js and sometime
PHP ) but irrespective this time our focus should be on deliverables to
user.

I studied the repository and found that one student worked on option 1. But
three student worked on option 2 , which is almost ~ 3 times work compared
to 1. And we should not lose that.

And the student from option 1 was mentor for option2.

And I had a fruitful discussion with Subham and input from Inderpreet .

With your approval, I would like to carry forward the work of option 2

So the revised OGV project scope for GSoC 2016 would be ( brief ) kindly
guide me with following :-

1. Make one repository on github (Right now the code repository is forked
from inderpreets/ogv-meteor)
2. Clean up the code and refactoring the codebase.
3. Integration and testing with Bug fixes of various patches.
4. Deployment of project on the server( Free BSD on BRL CAD official
dedicated server )
5. Software and project documentation ( including contributing
documentation for new contributors ).
6. Enhancements like improving responsiveness of the site.

(FYI: Today I have set up the Ubuntu, Node.js, MongoDB, meteor and
application. I will do one patch within a week.)

Awaiting your approval .
