Welcome. I am a STEPcode mentor for GSOC. You will need to look at the
current Doxygen use by STEPcode itself, and also by the use of STEPcode in
BRL-CAD and any use of Doxygen specific to that implementation. I would
suggest building both and generating the documentation.
