Hi all,

I have made a draft proposal for Polarization in Rendering and Scientific
Analysis. The Detailed description as of now is less than 500 words. I
started working on the proposal just yesterday.

If this proposal is valuable to the organization then I can continue to
improve it and research more into it. I also find Analysis Library an
interesting project. So according to the needs I can make a proposal that
encompasses both the projects.
