No I am not using svn or trying to checkout. I was just building "ref" with
CMAKE, and I got this error while the cmake was trying to configure.
If you're not using the latest svn checkout, then that's a problem. There's no
value debugging issues on code that is already released on issues that may have
been fixed or otherwise no longer exist.
For GSoC, using latest sources is required.
