Thanks for your suggestions and I had searched on these suggested
organisations (stepcode, librecad, freecad, openscad, linuxcnc) -
these are mostly related with C and I am doing good in php as compare
to C. I searched 2 projects which are related to my profile one is
"Documentation" and another is "Materials Database". At Last year, I
already proposed on "Materials Database" and now I have found many
issues in this project.

So, Please suggest me which should I choose?

Those are not projects.  Those are ideas that could turn into projects.  You
define the project.

Of course, in order to create a successful project with reasonable objectives,
you will need to study existing code, set up and run tools, explore, and learn
what you're capable of contributing.  Nobody should be telling you what to do
as that's not how GSoC works.  You'll have to put forth considerable effort
exploring and asking technical questions that help with your understanding.

Note that both the two topics you suggested were worked on last year, so you
would probably want to start there.  Set up your development environment, read
their dev logs, look at the code they wrote, get their code modifications set
up and working, see what next steps you could take.

Cheers!

Sean
