hi; I've just spent a number of months working on a JavaScript library for making browser based CAD applications. The library is called FOUR and works on top of threejs. If my library would be of help to your project, I would be happy to contribute my assistance where I can to help you integrate and extend it.

I've already built a LIDAR editing application with FOUR and its worked out quite well. The demo on the project page is in a state of flux, so there are a few issues here and there. Take a look at the console for some indication as to what is happening in the demo if its not otherwise obvious.
