Thank you for your unintended solution. The build was 100%. It seems that cmake parameters /-DBRLCAD_ENABLE_STRICT=NO -DBRLCAD_BUNDLED_LIBS=ON -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release/ generates build problem on Ubuntu 16.04.
If you still want to provide some logs, please include above flags in the /cmake .. 2>&1 | tee cmake.log /commmand. I quickly tried myself, but without success.
