Hi Mario, I'm not aware of a successful BRL-CAD build with MinGW. All attempts I know about got stuck during the CMake configuration, as you did. What you could do is - Use MS Visual Studio - Use Linux in a virtual machine (there is an image among the BRL-CAD downloads) - Fix BRL-CAD's CMake files (not recommended if you aren't fit in writing them)
Therefore, I'm afraid the answer is negative.
