Just the ideas there, either individual ideas or little mini projects (sets of
tasks, aka task chains). Still sorting out a reasonable way for managing them
all, whether that mens using the GCI interface or Github workflow or something
else.
Anyone want to volunteer to set up a virtual machine image?
Catalog of what needs to be installed is:
a simple lightweight Linux distribution
svn,git, cmake, compiler, and main deps (e.g., X11, opengl)
web browser, code IDE, emacs, vim
AMD APP / OpenCL driver that works in VM
BRL-CAD (optimized binary install, no static libs)
OGV deps
website (from git checkout)
Depending how big that makes the VM, we can then maybe consider expanding it to
a general CAD-tools VM with more:
LibreCAD
OpenSCAD
Appleseed
Bullet
Qt
Anything missing?
