we need a new website and our current one is drupal and mediawiki and a
custom css theme that makes them both look the same. we'd like a new
website that is similarly structured but has a more modern look and feel to
it.
the article should solicit an open source contributor to step up and work
on it, possibly continue to be the site maintainer after it's set up and
running. some stats that might help entice someone are that our site has a
huge visitor count. we get more than a million website visitors a year,
more than 100000 downloads a month. that's a huge portfolio for anyone's
resumé.
